How DGME Access Content Is Made

Every guide on this site follows the same process: written from the employee’s task, verified against official channels, and updated when the portals change. This page documents that process, so you can judge our reliability for yourself.

Process

From research to publish

Each guide moves through the same four stages before it goes live.

Our Method

Four stages

  1. Research: we identify the task employees actually search for, and map which official system owns it.
  2. Verification: every link, portal address, phone number, and deadline is checked against official channels before publishing.
  3. Plain language: steps are rewritten from the employee’s side of the screen, tested against the real portal flow.
  4. Review: pages carry their update date, and we re verify whenever Dollar General changes a portal, link, or process.
Standards

The lines we hold

Some rules are absolute on this site.

Always

  • Official destinations only: dolgen.net systems and the official pay stub portal
  • Dates on every guide showing when it was last updated
  • Clear disclosure that we are independent and unaffiliated
  • Corrections made promptly when a reader or re check finds an error

Never

  • Login forms or credential collection of any kind on this site
  • Claims that an app or feature exists when it does not
  • Copying competitor content; every guide is written from scratch
  • Payment or sponsorship in exchange for portal recommendations
Corrections

Found an error?

Portals change without notice, and we would rather fix a page today than defend it. Report anything outdated through the contact page: include the page address and what you saw. We verify against official channels, correct the page, and refresh its updated date. Our guides are written and maintained by Sarah Jacinda; more about this site is on the about page.
